As the retail landscape continues to evolve, flexibility has become more than a design preference. It is a business necessity. From changing consumer behavior to fast-paced retail campaigns and seasonal layouts, modern retail spaces must adapt quickly without sacrificing brand identity or operational efficiency.
At EuroShop 2026 MOFI, powered by Jemco Retail Fixtures, and The Hub’s Engineering will collectively present the modular design TUBO, together with PANO and CLOUDO systems. This showcase will highlight the core strength of MOFI’s modular design: the ability to adapt effortlessly to different retail needs. Together with 30+ years of Jemco Group’s expertise with retail fixtures, we are aiming to provide scalability required for global business growth.
The Shift Towards Modular Retail Systems
Traditional fixed retail fixtures often limit a retailer’s ability to respond to change. Renovations are costly, time-consuming, and disruptive to operations. As a result, more retailers are moving towards modular retail systems that can be reconfigured, expanded, or refreshed with minimal downtime.
Modular design allows retail spaces to evolve alongside business needs whether that means introducing new product lines, adjusting layouts for customer flow, or preparing seasonal campaigns. This shift reflects a broader industry’s move towards smarter, more sustainable retail environments.
The Evolution of Our Vision: Our Journey So Far
The TUBO Modular System was developed with a single, powerful principle: Design once, adapt anytime. While the system is built for ultimate flexibility, allowing retailers to repurpose components from shelving, counters, to feature walls, our focus this year has been on proving its versatility through active industry engagement.
We haven’t just built a system; we’ve built a movement. Here is how we’ve been introducing our modular system to the world:

We haven’t just built a system; we’ve built a movement. Here is how we’ve been introducing our modular system to the world:
1. Engaging the Experts
We first presented our modular systems to the design elite through events with the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID). By engaging directly with industry professionals, we validated our systems’ ability to meet the high aesthetic and functional standards required for modern interior architecture.
2. Expanding Across Southeast Asia
With the strategic partnership with Hub’s, we successfully reached out to the wider Southeast Asian market. Our presence at ArchID allowed us to showcase our systems as scalable solutions for regional retail demands, bridging the gap between local innovation and international requirements.

3. Capturing Local Attention
Closer to home, we made a significant impact by designing and manufacturing our own two-storey booth at ARCHIDEX. The objective was to demonstrate how our various divisions could come together to create a cohesive and engaging experience for visitors.
We are proud to say that the effort was a success, having engaged with numerous industry professionals and earning the Silver Booth Award, leaving a strong and positive impression.
4. Supporting the Creative Community
Our commitment to local talent was demonstrated through our sponsorship of Reka Design Week (RDW), where we supported local creatives and sponsored the PANO Competition.
This initiative provided designers with the opportunity to engage directly with our systems, reinforcing that modularity goes beyond functionality; it also serves as a platform for creative expression.

From Malaysia to the Global Retail Stage
MOFI’s journey from Malaysia to EuroShop 2026 reflects a growing recognition of Southeast Asian innovation in the global retail fixtures industry. Partnering with Jemco Retail Fixtures and The Hub’s Engineering, MOFI brings more than just products to the exhibition; we bring practical insights gained from real-world retail and commercial projects.
EuroShop provides the ultimate platform to connect with international retailers and designers who share our goal of creating future-ready environments. By positioning MOFI at the heart of a comprehensive ecosystem together with the engineering and logistics strength of Jemco Retail Fixtures, Jemco Warehouse Solutions, and The Hub’s, we demonstrate that our approach goes beyond selling individual parts.
Instead, we offer a unified solution where modular retail aesthetics meet industrial-grade storage and racking expertise.

Why We Believe in Modularity, and Why We are Bringing it There
Retail is no longer static. Brands are experimenting more, adapting faster, and demanding spaces that evolve with their needs. Modular systems like TUBO are essential in this shift, as they reduce the need for costly renovations by allowing easy reconfiguration of existing components.
This flexibility lowers long-term costs and supports sustainability by encouraging reuse and reducing waste. It also enables retailers to respond quickly to changing trends, maintaining operational efficiency in a competitive market.
Investing in modular retail systems is not just cost-effective, it’s a strategic move for brands aiming to stay agile, innovative, and future-ready.
